Job Description

I have a large client in Pittsburgh that is looking for a Data Scientist with Healthcare experience. This is for a permanent position in Pittsburgh. Contract to hire.

•             Expert knowledge of an analysis tool such as R

•             Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

•             Track record of using advanced statistical methods, information retrieval, data mining techniques

•             Comfortable manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources

•             Strong passion for research and for answering hard questions with data

•             Flexible analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills
