We are looking for candidate with R programming experience and a keen interest in data presentation, preparation and visualisation.

Role:

  • R programmer to support pharmacometric modelling and reporting activities

Essential Skills
* Experience with the R Programming Language
* Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
* Scientific mindset and a logical approach to problem solving
* Willingness to learn modern R programming packages (tidyverse, dplyr, Rmarkdown, etc)
* Strong verbal/written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

 

We will train, support and assist you in:
* Preparing data for pharmacometric modelling
* Graphically analysing data for presentation to clients
* Writing well documented and reusable code in R
* Creating interactive applications using Shiny
* Writing and updating R packages to capture standard data workflows
* General programming support for pharmacometricians
* Documenting data preparation and analysis

It is desirable, but not essential, to have experience with:
* latex
* svn/git
* Shiny
* clinical trial and pharmacokinetic concepts

Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience with R
* Tertiary qualification in IT, math or science related field
