R/Shiny App with d3 (small job, quick turnaround, $250 < 4hrs)

Will be able to make use of existing code. Should take < 4hrs.  Am willing to pay $250.  Quick turnaround needed – 48-72hrs.

1. Modify existing code from a library to accept externally derived data frame or code conversion to data frame generated outside the function.
2. Take existing R function and port plotting features into an Shiny App
3. Add some minor additional plotting features with ggplot and/or ggvis, – this will leverage much of the framework that already exists but adds new plots.
4. Incorporate htmlwidget using already existing code base.

Will provide test data and visual mockup.
