Full-Time Summer 2016 intern for Distributed Data Structures in R

Job Description

Distributed Data structures in R (ddR) is project with the goal
of unifying how people write parallel and distributed programs in R.
We are looking for a hands-on R programmer to help extend the ddR package by adding more machine learning algorithms, and integrating  with databases and Spark. Part of this project is funded by the R Consortium.
An ideal candidate will have exposure to parallel programming and machine learning. We expect the candidate to work from late-May to August. Candidate can work remotely.
