NORC at the University of Chicago is looking for current graduate students with good skills in developing visualization tools to work as interns this summer. We’d like the individuals to have good computing skills with knowledge of how to produce interactive graphics, although this is not a requirement. Experience with d3, R Shiny or Tableau is helpful, but also not required. These internships are not part of NORC’s regular summer intern program. We anticipate the visualization summer program will run from mid-May through early August. Interns will work in NORC’s Chicago or Bethesda offices (Chicago preferred).
