The main objective of this internship is to participate in the development of interactive web applications which will help visualize the nutritional quality of food products, detect nutritional weaknesses and suggest simple formulation modifications to improve nutritional quality.
Shiny (R package) will enable you to create powerful apps which can execute R code on the backend and perform any R calculation with customized user interfaces.
An optional part of this internship will be the deployment of applications on the internet.
Integrated in our team made of a phD student, an engineer and 2 researchers, you might participate in other development projects.
4 – 6 full-time months starting as soon as possible. The internship will take place in the MS Nutrition’s offices in the faculty of medicine in Marseilles – FRANCE.
